„Being a working mother, my life sometimes gets very hectic. For two years now I have looked forward to the 1 ½ hours each week that are just for myself, where I have been introduced to breathing and other relaxation techniques that help me cope with my busy days. In Henriette's yoga classes I have learned to stop and experience the moment and be very mindful of my surroundings. Many of these exercises can be done in any setting, so that when I catch myself in a stressful situation I can practice them. Henriette's guidance is wise and cautious.
